Starting Thursday, 5th August, the amazing Lululemon Ambassador Makita will be empowering enex100 with five weeks of Power E master classes, designed to ‘reinvent’ the way you move, breath and feel about your body. Classes run on Thursdays from 6-7.30pm at the Lululemon store with the first session including a 45 minute introduction on body-mind connection, transformational breathing, and weight loss, followed by a 45 minute detox workout. Weeks 2-5 will be 90 minute workouts with interactive coaching throughout each class.

If you do one thing this month, make sure it involves having a meal at the Greenhouse. Head Chef, Matt Stone, was recently nominated for Best New Talent in the Gourmet Traveller Restaurant Awards. Matt started cooking in Margaret River in 2002 and began an apprenticeship at Leewin Estate in 2003. His love of food and cooking took him to Asia and Europe where he discovered new ingredients and styles of cooking.
